Water Restoration Technician (WRT)
This provides restorers foundational elements for water remediation. It sets the industry standards for restoration and cleaning.
Applied Structural Drying (ASD)
Focuses on the advanced science and practical application of drying complex structures and contents efficiently and effectively.
Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT)
A highly specialized and critical designation for restoration professionals who deal with mold and sewage contamination. Focuses specifically on the complexities and safety protocols involved in microbial remediation.
Fire and Smoke Remediation Technician (FSRT)
A fundamental certification that ensures quality, safety, and efficiency in handling fire and smoke damaged properties.
Carpet Cleaning Technician (CCT)
Fundamental education in working with carpeting as a crucial component of water damage restoration. It ensures that cleaning is done effectively, safely, and to the highest industry standards.
Health and Safety Technician (HST)
The overarching principals of occupational health and safety across all restoration job sites. Designed to equip technicians, supervisors and even business owners with the knowledge to identify hazards, implement controls, and ensure a safe working environment, thereby protecting workers, clients, and the company.
AHERA Building Inspector
A required accreditation for conducting surveys and taking samples of suspected asbestos containing building material.
Commercial Applicator
This License is critical for businesses or individuals who apply pesticides (certain disinfectants, antimicrobials, or general pest control agents) to the land or property of others or for any commercial purpose.
Medically Important Remediation (CIRSx)
Specialized remediation protocols performed in environments where occupants have heightened health sensitivities or are medically vulnerable such as those with: Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome and mold-related illnesses and sensitivities. This type of remediation goes significantly beyond the standard protocols because the "acceptable" levels of contaminants for the general population can still trigger severe health reactions in these vulnerable individuals.
