- You call, we answer. Initially we ask you a series of questions to understand your situation better as we formulate an appropriate response.

- We show up and perform an initial visual inspection. This helps us determine the scope of work that will be required for the job. Before any work begins we discuss contracting terms and insurance details with you and come to an agreement on the work that needs to be done, along with the expectations required to successfully complete the job.

- First, we test for the presence of lead and asbestos. Depending on Category of damage, Class of water intrusion and Classification of contamination, we then apply proper engineering controls before any removal of potentially contaminated and damaged materials from your impacted home or business. This stage is commonly referred to as the "stabilization" phase in water restoration.

- Once stabilization is complete, and any contaminants verified clear, active air movement begins until the drying goals are met. Every day the job is actively monitored by our team and progress is reported to you. If it's an insurance claim, your adjuster will also receive reports.

- When the work is done, we finalize a comprehensive report along with final invoice to you and, if relevant, your insurance adjustor.
